The Orange Album – (songs revisit ala the Beatles from ’19)

I recently re-posted a tune of mine from back in 2019, a version of the Beatles “Fixing a Hole”, back when I was exclusively using Beatles songs to make my points (I haven’t stopped in this regard, I just branched out to different artists, different tunes, but points still have to be made after all, if only for my own and maybe even your own sanity’s sake … just here to help).

That one though seemed, even five years later, to still be fairly relevant. The Orange Devil hasn’t changed, he is still just that, an orange devil, but just more devil-like, angrier, sadder, more desperate and the press hasn’t learned their lessons as they never do, clicks and views always overriding truth, continuing to try and normalize a thing that just ain’t normal, at least not from a genuine human and democratic perspective.

Though some of these tunes may be dated in their specifics and their times I think they still work in a bigger way, and some of them might even be seen to be considered “prescient” if I can be allowed a pat.

Anyway, a re-visit of an album’s worth of points made via the Beatles, The Orange Album, from December of 2019.
